  • What is an FAQ section?
    An FAQ section can be used to quickly answer common questions about your business like "Where do you ship to?", "What are your opening hours?", or "How can I book a service?".
  • Why do FAQs matter?
    FAQs are a great way to help site visitors find quick answers to common questions about your business and create a better navigation experience.
  • Where can I add my FAQs?
    FAQs can be added to any page on your site or to your Wix mobile app, giving access to members on the go.
  • What do we have to do to hold the date/space?
    Signed contract & non-refundable deposit of $1000, which is also your first payment on event.
  • Are we able to make payments in installments?
    Yes, we will create a payment plan leading up to your event date. ​
  • When is the final payment & final count due?
    14 days prior to event date.
  • Are there minimums required?
    No, our prices are as listed for the year. ​
  • Is there a charge to hold the ceremony?
    If you booked a ceremony only, it must be paid in full. $500. If you are having a ceremony & reception, there is no extra charge.
  • Is there an Outdoor Wedding back up plan if Mother Nature is not cooperating?
    Yes, we will communicate this and put-up canopies as needed. This is an outdoor venue only. You have the option to delay its start time as well.
  • Do you provide Day of Coordinator?
    Yes, for certain packages. You meet them at drop-off/rehearsal.
  • Is gratuity included?
    No, a gratuity is not included or expected, but always appreciated.
  • How many hours do we get for the ceremony?
    Total event time should not exceed 90 minutes.
  • How many hours do we get for the reception?
    Four hours.
  • When do you allow vendors access to set up?
    One hour before guests’ arrival. Can be negotiated.
  • Will I be able to come early to get ready?
    Yes, we make sure you have access to the bridal suites 2 hours prior to guest arrival. Ask about all day access!
  • Can I bring in my own alcohol?
    Yes, we are a BYOB Venue, however, alcohol must be served by a licensed bartender. We have our preferred list of bar service providers that you can select from to work with or your own vendor. No alcohol will be served to guests below 21 years on our grounds.
  • Do you allow outside catering?
    Yes, absolutely. They must be licensed and insured. However, we have an in-house catering company you're welcome to use.
  • How many guests can your venue accommodate for seated dinners?
    We can accommodate up to 100. However, any additional guests after 50 (Including the bride and groom) it will be $50 per person not to exceed a total of 100.
  • What is parking like?
    We Offer pickup services from street parking to the venue entrance, so guests don’t have to walk. Chauffeur style. Available for certain packages only.
  • What time do you close?
    10 pm. With 1 hour of breakdown time provided for vendors. 10pm-11pm
  • What vendors outside of Reverie Manor Gardens will I need?
    It depends on the package you choose. Check our packages first to see what meets your needs.
  • Do you offer an "All-Inclusive" Package?
    Absolutely! Refer to our packages. If you don't find what you're looking for, you can consult our in-house coordinator.
  • I see there is a pool in the venue. How does this work with small children on my wedding guest list?
    We thought about this already. In the event you have small children in your wedding party, a designated pool attendant will be provided at an additional cost. This can be addressed during your consultation.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
